The Jason White of Green Date is Craig Newton. Just like his Green Day counterpart Craig is a highly accomplished guitarist who supports the band in all it's four piece numbers. The tracks on Green Date's play list demand instrumental technique and precision of a high order, a task that Craig accomplishes brilliantly to the delight of gig audiences. Craig is also a quality singer and provides vital backing vocals within the musically complex modern Green Day songs. Like Joe, Craig originates from Mansfield and the two have been friends from their early schooldays. Craig, who has played in several bands, has experience beyond his years and Green Date counts themselves fortunate to have the services of such an esteemed musician.
